I need to import a liner which falls under 10 % import duty and 18% gst.
Will only these two taxes be charged or some other duities too at the time of import?

Yes you have to pay BCD and IGST and cess if applicable.

For import you need to pay basic Customs Duty BCD,Social Welfare Surcharges @ 10% and IGST, IGST Compensation Cess may be paid if applicable.
