individuals who are coowners engaged in providing service by way or renting of immovable property to body corporates should get registered? only one coowner is having turnover more than Rs. 20 lakh sh
no need for second coowner of reg . but body corporate have to pay GSt on his ration on RCM basis, ration of apportionment should be very specific b/w co owners
