if an assesse has worked abroad for two years viz. FY 2017-18 & FY 2018-19, then While filing ITR for FY 2018-19 whether he is considered as NON RESIDENT and if yes what will be the tax implications of that? Please guide..

If he was out of India for more than 182 days in FY 18-19, he will be considered non resident.
Hence, only Indian income will be taxed in India.
However, if he was posted outside by an Indian company, the salary income will be liable to tax in India.
As Non-resident he had to file ITR in so far as related sources of India. File ITR 2 before 31st Aug. Tomorrow is last day
