Imp-Time spent on Travelling

 Hi friends ,

Pl tell that whether  the hrs.  we  spent  on travelling to reach industries for  our articleship  shall be included in training hrs. ?

Since often we have to travel to far off places and even outstation and time spent on these travels is too much, it should be allowed !
