Hi, I am the member of IMA and have completed the CMA, *awaiting certification), this news is a been for people like me who are not getting jobs in India primarily because this degree/professional qualification was not recognized or many people were not aware of until now. this MoU will definitely lead to the recognition of the qualifization. and i could be a member of the ICWAI too, but the question that arises in my mind is that this MoU seems to benefit only one side that is Indians cause -CWAs in India can now pursue a globally recognized degree like the CMA from an equally recognized institute, but would my american or global counterparts avail the advantage and take membership and pursue the CWA degree , I dont think so
