IGST Rental

I am based in Amritsar,Punjab. I receive monthly rental from a commercial property located in New Delhi.
Annual Rent received is below 20lacs.
at present I am registered under GST and charging IGST on rent.
I want to confirm do I still need to be registered under GST.
