Check GSTR-2A and search that GSTIN no. Of supplier

Yes I agreed.
If the seller is filed his return then it's reflected in Your GSTR 2A. Check out the details in GSTR 2A.
Ask before seller's return mode (Monthly or Quarterly)

You can check the GSTR2A and find out the bills filed by party.
