we have purchased packing material for goods export out of India under bond without paid of exciseduty.In GST HOW CAN PURCHASE PACKING MATERIAL.GST PAID OR UNDER BOND

Even Export under bond or LUT you are eligible to take credit what you have paid for packing material.
You must purchase packing material GST paid and after export under bond or LUT you can claim refund of ITC.
