IGST liability under Reverse Charge

We registered Tamil Nadu, our GTA
service providers registered other state.
Now we need to pay RCM through GTA head.
Please advise can we have to pay IGST or SGST /CGST

cgst/sgst or igst can be determined only after knowing the place of supply.. And in case of GTA.. place of supply will be the state of location of goods where movement terminates.
