IGST ITC Claim- Raising of invoice

Hi,
Pls clarify, A company is purchasing a goods from Gujarat e.g co name is abcd and place of supply in Kerala co name. xyz billing address is tamilnadu co name xyz
An invoice is raised in Gujarat (abcd-24). Place of supply in Kerala (xyz-32) billing addres to Tamilnadu (xyz-33)
is it possible to raise an invoice as per the above criteria and same for taking ITC
