IGST and CGST distribution.
How does the IGST & CGST gets distributed to the states.

If you have excess ITC in IGST, you should adjust on CGST first, then, rest of the ITC can be used on SGST.
If you adjust wrongly, any payable raise. You will get notice from state government DRC-01A, u/s 73 CGST act.

I know hgats querry heading but some thing has to be done. Generally when we collect gst , its distributed equally.
