All that u can do is call at 011-29573030 after 3 o'clock (mon-fri) , and ask the concerned official about ur completion status & pendencies,if any................only they can help u out,keep sending mails also...........

U just have to get a prospectus of B.COM(A & F) from ur local IGNOU office and fill & submit the Regn. form alongwith the requisite fees................
