IFF has no columm for original invoice number and date for Credit Note?

We issued a credit note in May 2022. When I try to enter than in the IFF, there is no column to enter the original invoice number and invoice date against which the credit note was issued. But when only had GSTR-1, it used to have these columns. Am I doing something wrong? Have these columns been removed?

And does the buyer also has to issue us debit note is the credit note from our side enough?

Please help.
