If there is a mistake in Tax audit form 3ca-3cd uploaded by auditor, and it is yet to be approved by assessee, what is the procedure for correction ? Is it as under :
1. Assessee rejects the efiled form 3ca-3cd citing reason that form needs rectifications/corrections
2. Auditors again uploads corrected / rectified 3ca-3cd
3. Assessee this time approves the form.
Also, what is date of furnishing of tax audit report ? date of efiling of form 3ca-3cd by auditor or date of approval of same by assessee ?
