my transporter have only pan card not gst no, and I have to transit a consignment from up to uttrakhand.
So how about the bilty and way bill? Please guide about the procedure of dispatch,

Follow the steps:-
1)The transporter should register in the e-way bill portal. GST registration is not required for transporter. PAN, ID proof and address proof is required.
2) Generate e-way bill from the portal.
3) Dispatch the goods.
is transporter eway bill compulsory or my eway bill is sufficient?
E way-bill has 2 parts.
Part-A deals with details of consignment.
Part-B deals with transporter details.
You have to fill both the parts to generate e-way bill. So transporter details is necessary.
