If consignee has gst no delhi can he receive goods in haryana
consignor is in rajsthan and consinee has two gst no one from Delhi and other from haryana . consignee wants from consignor that he prepare invoice on Delhi gst no and send the goods to haryana location. consignee is correct in this case or not. can cosigner prepare these type of bills

Yes Consignor can prepare invoice on Delhi GSTIN.. this arrangement is called "Bill to ship to model"..
