consignor is in rajsthan and consinee has two gst no one from Delhi and other from haryana . consignee wants from consignor that he prepare invoice on Delhi gst no and send the goods to haryana location. consignee is correct in this case or not. can cosigner prepare these type of bills

Here, Rajasthan Supplier will charge IGST on Delhi Recipient's Invoice and lateron Delhi Recipient can issue Invoice and pass on the credit to Haryana Recipient..
