If client rejects form 3cd after it is uploaded

If the client rejects the form 3cd which is uploaded,then can do we have to upload everything again from start or only incremental changes need to be done?

the entire 3CD as it is xml format file that needs to be uploaded.

you don't need to enter all details again... just require to upload xml file again... make appropriate changes in the file... make xml file again.. and upload it... this time client would accept it...

Tax audit report upload by ca log in on 14/9 . not approve by client.Itr upload ,tax audit date mentioned 14/9/13...then my return is valid or not...

Dear Priyanka Mam,

such ITR can't be said to be valid in all terms.... it needs to be revised.. as the date of tax audit report mentioned in ITR is the date of furnishing of audit report i.e. the date on which it completes all its process.. e.g. approval by client and all related processes... thus, the date of report in ITR can't be 14.09.2013... it will be the date when it will be approved by client... thus, ITR needs to be revised in that aspect....

Dear Ajit sir,

you need to login at your income-tax site portal, as you normally login at the time of e-filing of ITR and then in the "worklist" tab, you will see that the tax audit report is pending for your review.... just go there and accept/deny the report filed..

CBDT has clarified that right now there is no linking between tax audit report upload and return but the sequence of first upload of report and then approval of report and then filing of return. At point date of audit reprt furnishing date, date of report uploaded by CA is taken not approving date as you can check in worklist of assesse here date of upload by CA is mentioned.

1.Query no.1 :What to do if client rejects Tax audit Report ?

When a Tax audit report is rejected by client then reason for rejection is also mentioned so you can correct the bugs or the errors and again generate xml file and upload the same file.

2.Query no 2. : If ITR has been filled mentioning the date of tax audit report to be 14/09/2013 but the same has been rejected by client then the ITR filled is invalid,we need to upload the tax audit report again and the day it is approved by client then we can feed the date on which C.A uploaded the Tax Audit and need to File the ITR again.

3.Query No.3 Where to check approve or reject the Tax Audit Report Uploaded by client ?

For this log in to incometaxindiaefilling.gov.in with ur log in id and password. Then go to Work list tab there it appers the option to approve or reject with your DSC....You can approve or reject the Same.

But if rejected the reason for rejection is to be provided.
