My query is this, if an individual holds the position of both MD & CEO in pvt. ltd co. he is also promoter of the company then what should be his/her remuneration and how will it be calculated.

In private company everyting is to be decided by the Board. Sections of remuneration and WTD are not applicable to the Private companies.
