- IEC status in Icegate was normal on https://www.icegate.gov.in/EnqMod/
- Rejection was visible in "Know your IEC status" on https://164.100.128.145:8100/IecStatusReport
Please note old DGFT site ( https://dgftcom.nic.in/exim/2000/default.asp# ) has got Archived w.e.f 06 Aug 2018.
Please reverse query the PAN of Proprietor on the below link

If PAN appears correctly, then please refer refer DGFT Trade notice No. 2 /2018-19 dated 11th April 2018.

Please attach screenshot of IEC Print, Icegate Status report and Rejection report with a formal email to your Zonal Jt DGFT, (which I am guessing is Mumbai), briefly explaining the issue.
