Sir, 

I query was that IEC was alloted by DGFT after that when I show status on DGFT site i found that " IEC Rejected Status updated at customs"

When I show at ICEGATE site PAN Based IEC than i found that IEC was sucessfully active..

I contact DGFT AND ICEGATE But both tell IEC was sucessfully attotaled that what was problem is status so whatever ?

I Modifiy once any pay extra and also compliant so many times but till day i can't find any solution...

Have you got any solution regarding status of IEC ?

1. IEC was viewable on https://dgft.delhi.nic.in:8100/dgft/IecPrint
2. IEC status in Icegate was  normal on https://www.icegate.gov.in/EnqMod/
3. Rejection was visible in "Know your IEC status" on https://164.100.128.145:8100/IecStatusReport

Please note old DGFT site ( https://dgftcom.nic.in/exim/2000/default.asp# ) has got Archived w.e.f 06 Aug 2018.

Please reverse query the PAN of Proprietor on the below link

If PAN appears correctly, then please refer refer DGFT Trade notice No. 2 /2018-19 dated 11th April 2018.

Your case seems to fit the descripttion specified.

Please attach screenshot of  IEC Print, Icegate Status report and Rejection report with a formal email to your Zonal Jt DGFT, (which I am guessing is Mumbai), briefly explaining the issue.

with copy to dgft-mumbai @ nic.in

Then followup on 022-2203 8197, ask for Computer Cell.
