AS PER HANDBOOK  OF PROCEDURES VOL-1 (2009-2014) PARA 2.9 "APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF IEC NO. SHALL BE MADE BY REGISTERED OFFICE, IN CASE OF COMPANIES AND HEAD OFFICE IN CASE OF COMPANIES AND HEAD OFFICE IN CASE OF PROPRIETORSHIP FIRM PARTNERSHIP CONCERNS, AND HUF'S OF APPLICANT EXCEPT EOU AND SEZ UNIT TO CONCERNED R.A. IN ANF-2A, WITH THE DOCUMENTS PRESCRIBED THERIN.

FOR AMENDMENTIN IEC  CAN BE FILE AS PER PRESCRIBED BY DGFT FORM ANF-2A

ALSO NOTE:

FEE FOR FRESH IEC ISSUANCE:

Application fee is250/- which can be paid through Demand Draft/ Pay
Order from any designated bank in favour of Zonal Jt. DGFT, CLA, New
Delhi. Treasury Receipt from the following designated Central Bank of India
branches is also accepted :
(1) Udyog Bhavan, New Delhi-110011.
(2) 10, Community Centre, Lawrence Road, Delhi-110 035
(3) 18/4 Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi 110 001.
(4) 55, Madhubani, Nehru Place, New Delhi - 110 019.

No fee is chargeable for modification in IEC, if informed within 90 days of
such changes. After 90 days, a fee of1000/- is charged.

  For those having registered office at Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad,
Palwal, Meerut, Ghaziabad and Hardwar, Roorkee can submit applications at
Zonal Jt. DGFT office, I.P. Bhawan, I.P Estate, New Delhi-110002.

1.     Only one copy of the application should be submitted.

2.     Each individual page of the application has to be signed by the applicant.

3.     Application must be accompanied by documents as per details given below:

A-Documentary Proof :

B-Demand Draft  details evidencing payment of application fee in terms of Appendix 21B.  (No fee is payable for modification/amendment if such application is made in 60 days. Otherwise, a fee of Rs.200 may be paid in form of demand draft.  No fee is required for inclusion of PAN no. in the old IEC.
