The Bank certificate attached by you contain a place to affix photograph however in case of company do we really need to affix the photograph and if yes whoes photograph are required to be affixed.

in your boards resolution u will be authorising someone to  do up with the matters of IEC ( Generally it will be MD of the company) you can affix the photograph of that person
