Hello everyone
Can anyone please tell the the practical procedure for getting the IEC code in case of company like:
- Documentation required.
- Fee to be paid
- Time period withinwhich i will get the number
- Any other requirement

online forms are available at DGFT Website.U can either pay Fee (Ie.Rs.250/-)either through Demand Draft or by EFT available along with online application
For a Company the self attested copies of all the documents are required
1.PAN
2.MOA and AOA (certificate of incorporation to be attached)
3.Boards Resolution
4.Passport Size photograph of director authorised
along with the above company must get a certificate from bank in the attached format

The Bank certificate attached by you contain a place to affix photograph however in case of company do we really need to affix the photograph and if yes whoes photograph are required to be affixed.

in your boards resolution u will be authorising someone to do up with the matters of IEC ( Generally it will be MD of the company) you can affix the photograph of that person
