I have been trying to apply online for IEC through the DGFT website since the last two days. After completing all procedures and attaching all files/documents, I am unable to submit it using digital signature. When I click on the link "With digital signature" on the left pane and then select my RA and confirm the submission, even the java applet gets initiated. But when I click on "Sign with digital signature" button on the pink form screen, literally nothing happens. I am stuck at this point in the process. I would be really grateful if someone who has faced the same issue or knows something about it could be of any help.
