In IDT Q5(c) , the question states that mr.x doesn't want a scn to be served upon him. Then the question asks us to advice mr.x to advice as per second 73 and 74. So , should we resctict our answer upto the provision of scn avoidance ? The question didn't ask us to advice post scn scenerio as the assessee doesn't want a scn to be served upon him. What should be the correct answer.
