Can any one help me to know the answer for IDT(old) paper Q#2(a)
sub-Unutilised cenvat credit application at the time of factory shifting.
I am not able find any caselaw for the same.
Please let me know the decision.

The question had asked to refer to the related case law,if any.The cenvat credit rules clearly specify that the whole of the unutilised cenvat credit can be transferred to the new site subject to the fulfillment of the specified conditions.I think there is no related case law,to date.
