Idt- excise- study material - case laws
Is it necessary to refer case laws of excise and custom laws from study material ? Are the case laws of institute case studies publications sufficient for exam.?
please help.

The case laws book published by ICAI contains only recent case laws that was pronounced by the honorable courts. For other cases, obviously you need to study from study material or any other reference book which you are studying from.
