Hi...Friendz

Am appearing for CA FINAL in Nov2010...untill now, i havent attended classes on IDT..i initially bought bangar for idt , now studying with Datey which i found more comfortable for self study...i have heard many of ma seniors saying it s better to quote case laws in idt paper...there are thousands of case laws..how s it possible for any1 to memorise each and every case las?so..my querry s wat should be the approach wen it comes to case laws?is it that v should memorise maximum case laws or only the land mark cases( which i found on the last pg of each chapter in datey) or only the latest case laws...pls reply...

Thanx in Advance,

Anil..

Hi anil, mine is the same case..

But buddy, its next to impossible to remember every case law, better is, we should concentrate more on concepts and not on case laws [i did the same in LAW-AUDIT in pcc, not mentioned any case law in exam].

But yes, as u said, there are some important case laws given at the end of DATEY.,, then try to remember all or even few of them, its not a big deal
