| Hey guys I am unaware if u all have read Student's Newsletter in which it has been clearly mentioned that the ammendments applicable for Nov 2009 are ammendments uptil 30.4.2008 and not 30.04.2009.Plz refer to the newsletter and get from ur tution teachers as to wat to do.I m attaching herewith a copy of Newsletter for September 2009 for ur reference.And yes in our conversation with BOS Director He asked that go by What newsletter says. | ||

Hey Ksh*tij.I accept ur statement that u might have confirmed it thru ur boss.But as far as trusting is concerned its a bit difficult.As We had given a call to Jaydeep Shah Sir who is a core member of BOS and well renowned.Thats y its a trivial issue to b trusting on.I am waiting for the November 2009 RTP.It might make certain issues clear.

Well plz go through the RTP of last attempt i.e. June 2009 where you will find amendments applicable were upto 30.11.2008
It is not possible that In NOV 2009 exams institute will ask for a earlier date
Anyways do not take trouble; these are just 10pages go through them it will be more beneficial rather waiting for institute to come up with RTP
Well Ksh*tij every1 is aware of the ammendments applicability.Its just that I thought since there is a deviation from the obvious I shud share it with my friends.Coz at the end choice rests with the individual.Inspite of tht I would like to say,with reference to ur June 2009 RTP comment of Ammendments applicable upto 30.11.2008.U shud have studied law by now surely and Rules of Interpretation definately(Take it in light of joke) So which rule do u think u will follow...Probably exms r not the best place to go by reasonable interpretation whn Literal is also equally possible though deviating from past trends.Just joking..Do as it pleases.All the BEST.And thanx for the Ammendments.Will post u if something tangible comes to relating these IDT Ammendments for Nov 2009.
Well Rahul I have my attempt due in Nov 2010 therefore I will surely keep on upgrading the thread
Secondly, I just gave my opinion regarding the scenario because we all know how much our Institute is bothered about our careers and by no means any offence to you
