Dont think about the ideal salary. First of all join in a good job, later on by gaining experience you can get more.

on an average from 4.5 to 6 lacks its only my guess.

Depends u r knowledge - all about experiance and Depends u r selecting d which type of industry 2 works

don't worry u will b get adequate salary. but point is that which areas u have an originally interest

hotel industry = 1100000 - 1200000pa

pharmaceutical company = 600000 pa

IT company = 900000 - 1000000 pa

retails = 1000000 pa

construction = 1200000 pa

aviation = 1000000 pa

petrolium = 800000 pa

i m given this figure when u r staying atleast 3 years in that industry, and i am assume that u have an adequate experiance of that industry

best of luck 4 u future.

Most important is that you should be satisfied with your job, whether it is in a Big MNC or a Small Firm..Job Satisfaction is very important.

Bro, Now you have to think about the career and not about money... I (and many like me) have done this mistake of considering salary over and above career and now stuck in some non value adding - high paying job.... which is not giving me any mental satisfaction.

Now - its career. Then comes salary...ok? Always take up a job that gives you satisfaction. A job that can be viewed as a hobby.

"start small but dream big" salary shouldnt be a much factor now.......

Where ever u join you should ask for a minimum 6 lacs package. Don't accept anything less than this.

All the best.

Thanks Mr.Anand

Look for a right job which satisfies u.. if u look at the package u never get satisfied.

gud luck
