Hi Dear Najmuddin, The following three are the subjects ( which you already know! ) 1. Financial Accounting 2. Comml and Industrial Laws 3. Applied Direct Taxation I have analysed the syllabus and the ways to pass the exam. The following is my way of preparation. It may or may not be suitable to you. Weigh the pros and cons and then only take a decision to follow this approach. I would give top priority to Applied Direct Taxation so much so that I would expect more than 80 marks in this subject. I would expect to get minimum required marks in Financial Accounting and CIA and expect to pass on the average mark criteria.
