I HAD NOT PAID THE COMPUTER FEES RS. 6000/- FOR ICWA INTER GROUP II.
WHETHER I CAN BE ELIGIBLE TO WRITE THE EXAMS IN NOV 2011 ATTEMPT.

well dear, i think u have to first complete ur computer course then only u will be eligible for the upcoming xams....
U have to complete the computer course before appearing for the December exam.
