Dear All,
I have by mistake paid twice amount of my Professional enrollment fees to the ICSI online and from last one month I have been regularly writing e-mails to them for the refund but all vain and nor there telephone lines are working. Please tell me the procedure for the getting of the refund by faster process.

they will reply you. i have also made the double payment on sunday but i have got the reply from them that refund is under process
ICSI refund the payment or not?..
Because the same problem happened to me yesterday.
