The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (Institute) has signed a MOU with The New India Assurance
Co. Ltd. on 19th July, 2013 at Kolkata.

The objective of the MOU is to facilitate insurance policy for its Members, Employees and Students on the
terms and conditions set in the MOU.
