Dear friends, i have downloaded the institute's material for Company Law from the ICSI website. But the problem is that in some of the chapters, many concepts were explained as per the provisions of the Companies Act 1956. Didn't the institute updated the material ? Or Had i downloaded the wrong one ? Please clear up.

sections, clauses, Rules which are not Notified up to 31-12-2014 of NEW companies act 2013, the old companies Act 1956 applicable.
