Key Deliverables:
- Guide team to conduct credit appraisal of business proposal and process appraisal to relevant committees for appropriate credit sanctions.
- Developing and structuring new products in order to mitigate credit risk. Liaise and resolve all post sanction issue relating to documentation, compliance etc.
- Establish benchmark processes and systems in credit assessment areas and support Client Banker in achievement of business targets.
- Responsible for the audit and compliance of credit portfolio.
- Responsible for dealing with external and internal auditors and inspections.
Person Requirements:
Qualifications:
MBA or CA with a minimum of one year of experience.
Key skills:
Analytical skills, Interpersonal skills to work across functional teams, Good writing skills, Problem solving Skills, Understanding of financial structures.
