I have heard that ICDS is applicable from AY 2017-18 (Through a recent notification)
The point is, if you take most of the quesions in PGBP and Assessment of various entities both in PM and SM,the additoinal point is added at the end of the answer relating to the ICDS Provision.
This is beacuse, the examiner should know that you are aware of ICDS which fetches marks. The key as per May 2016 examinations clearly specifies the weightage of the point relating to ICDS. So eventhough there may not be a direct quesition relating to ICDS there will be definitely 3-4 points relating to it, in the entire paper.
Please remember reasonable weightage is given to the point relating to ICDS. Each and every mark is important in professional examinations like CA, so there is no point in neglecting ICDS.
