I dont think its becoz of update taking place , max students are using the site and refreshing it each and every minute expecting for the result notification ....lolz..... well i think notification will be announced on 31st as results will be declared on August 1st week.

@ Mr. Gopale - There is no such notification on ICAI. Kindly give us the link. ( Provided u have it)
First they'll update notifucation about the date.. nd later on result... so it makes no sense if site is working slow.. it can be any other technical issue..
