While RTP's consist of practise question for exams.

ICAI releases RTP before exams which includes synopsis of amendments and Questions from each chapter.
But where as SUPPLEMENTARY STUDY PAPER is in addition to your Study Material
if there are major changes ICAI will release supplementary SM
