ICAI SSP PROBLEM

Dear All,

Can anybody guide me to any person who can be contacted for SSP CA course details updation.

I passed final Ist group in May 2008 & IInd group in May 2019. Unfortunately my Ist group passing details are not updated in my SSP and hence I cannot apply for membership since Form 2 is not displayed.

Esahayataa, ssp.support, ssp. student, ssp.helpline, ticket raising in SSP, nobody responding or guiding properly.
