Hi i guess its because the new one is not to be referred ? As there is a announcement (BOS announcement also) which states the applicable reading material for upcoming exams.

See bos knowledge portal all relevany material is available there..

some sort of complacency and sheer lack of professionalism is seen from the part of icai bos.... actually they are playing with the life of students... that is nothing but cruelty.... study material that is applicable should be published atleast six months before examination... anything left with can be bridged through rtp... that was the practice at icai so far... now a days... for a few years, these irresponsible fellows take decisions and act without proper insight... very shameful... the reputation of the institute has been build up with so many visionaries and intellectuals working day and night.... I havent experienced before a decision once made by icai withdrawn! all the acumen has gone! need strict actions on those who play with their duties cast upon...
