What is your opinion about the latest reforms introduced by ICAI on the examination and evaluation system?

It's too early to give an opinion on..let's see whether the revaluation part i.e regulation 39(4) is removed
regulation 39(4) should be removed
If revaluation is accepted then I would very much appreciate it .
