I had placed order for Final Study material at https://icaionlinestore.org/ on 19.1.15 but i still havent received the books. I checked my bank account and I have received the debit for they payment. I have also email them twice but I haven't received any reply yet. I also tried calling them but the telephone numbers don't work. So I placed a grevience on the e sahayata website and they notified me check on 10.2.15 but the status is still showing as "Your grevience has been entered into the system". Please advice what I should do.

Post ur grevience again in esahayata n post it under category of "noida stores"..n request them to provide u the tracking number of courier in case they have already send..I had faced the similar issue earlier n done above..
I had posted under Noida Stores itself yet no reply still. I managed to call them and they say that the courier has misplaced the package and they will try to resend again on 16.2.15 and I will receive it 5-6 days later !

Use the numbers mentioned in the above link. Yes I know it comes as busy most of the time but you need to keep on trying every hour for 5-10 mins.
So after calling them for nearly 5 days daily they have dispatched my books and have given me DTDC courier tracking number so hopefully I will receive in 5-6 days.
Finally spoke to them, he said the books weren't couriered only till now. That is very unprofessional of them.

i have not got the book till now.
Finally received the books today at 6:15 pm ! I even had to fight with the courier people as they were delaying the delivery. This has been a horrible experience and I will never order online !
