ICAI notification
can someone provide me the official notification by icai regarding use of only black pen in the exam. thanx in advance

Use of ball pen condition is on admit card, print it and see.
Yes, this time ICAI made mandatory to use the black ball point pen only.

There is some mistakes in printing or something else.

Please clarify as it is written on admit card.
It is mandatory to use Black Pen for more details refer Admit Card Bold Portion
Guidelines for november 2017 exams available on icaiexam.icai.org
Download the admit card and on the admit card there is a page containing Instructions , there you will find the instruction(point no 2.)which say
that only black ball point pen is allowed
