please share ur views with respect to the fading image of ICAI and the integrity of its members.

CA'S TALK OF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, AND THIS IS EXAMPLE OF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE!!! THAT EVEN "CENTRAL COUNCIL IS IN DARK ABOUT THE DEAL, WITHOUT WHICH APPROVAL SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN GIVEN. I SUGGEST ALL CAPITAL EXPENDITURE SHOULD BE PUT UNDER SCANNER.
