It is to bring to ur kind notice that our Honourable president Mr. Shah has been alleged with some charges of bargaining without the consultation of the members in a land dealing case in chennai.
please share ur views with respect to the fading image of ICAI and the integrity of its members.

CA'S TALK OF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, AND THIS IS EXAMPLE OF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE!!! THAT EVEN "CENTRAL COUNCIL IS IN DARK ABOUT THE DEAL, WITHOUT WHICH APPROVAL SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN GIVEN. I SUGGEST ALL CAPITAL EXPENDITURE SHOULD BE PUT UNDER SCANNER.
