i am registered member of EIRC and received a letter for attending the convocation. But i will not be able to attend the Kolkata Convocation.
Can i attend the convocation at New Delhi.
Further are guardians allowed to come at the convocation

Guardians are allowed to come with you for convocation.
However you are not allowed to attend convocation at some other place since your Certificate of Membership would be at place mentioned in your letter. Further you may call your respective branch and ask for help.
