Icai campus placement

Hi, I have cleared my ca final exams this may 2015. My question is about institute's placement prog, how much is it benificial, whether we should join it ? Whether there are good oppurtunities in this prog or not. As i have cleared my exams but marks are not so high i have avg marks, whether jobs are alloted to students securing high marks and ranks or there is not such. Second ques is that while applying for membership no, i should apply for cop or not as this is not confirm that job will be alloted in this prog. Thanls in advance.
