I tax late fee

if any person file return after 31aug2018.....and income less than 250000 ....then any late fee is liable......and also claim refund

I think no late fees liable on Nil rated tax

Yes . Income Tax Return Fees (Penalty) of Rs. 1000 will be applicable in your case.

If GTI is less than BEL then penalty not levied...

*** Total Income means before all deductions then only. It means such income not liable u/s 139(1) of IT Act...

No Notification has been issued and there is no Extension of due date.
