During the F.Y. 2007-08, I resigned a public ltd. co.(renowned co.) and joined another co. Old co. given me my Form 16 in which they included salary for the month in which I resigned but still I have not received my salary along with other dues. Due to this, I had to pay Income Tax on it for Asses. Year 2008-09.
Pls. reply, how can I claim this amount from income tax dept. or old co.? You may also inform how can I get recover my loss under various legal acts applicable in India.
