I really need helpp

hello i had done my ipcc registration on july 2009 bu till now i habnt given ny exams due to exam phobia.i have filld exam form 3times but no gven exam till now.the problem i am facing is that i had filled form for nov 2011 i didnt went to go to give exam but when i checked my roll no on result serach it shows roll no doesnt exist.how can it be so i havent given exam but it should show fail and absent but now it says my roll no. isnt valid.now ii am afraid that shouldi fill form of may 2012 will i get roll no. or not.or is there ny kind of rule like re registration needed.plzzzzzzzzzzzzz help
