Try mnc companies like oracle or sap. The work load will be more unlike small companies. Try other bpo companies. Pay will be less. Once you leave these companies you can get a hike after two years maybe if you can find the right company. There are opportunities for it. If your programming is just a certificate, people hire them, but your coaching centre will place you. So, all the best.
