you can take transfer on genuine basis 

some c.a's treat articles like an  employee nd that is wrong

I never work for more than 35 hours in a week (excluding lunch break). It is okay to work for more time for few days if there is some work  to be done urgently or in the peak months of July or September but not on daily basis. Protest with your principal.........if there is no remedy.......take a transfer
